Educause is a non-profit organization whose mission is to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology.  They formed in 1998 through a merger between CAUSE and Educom, two professional associations representing more than 60 years of combined service to the higher education information technology community.  Currently, Educause has more than 2,200 colleges, universities, educational organizations, including 250 corporations, with over 17,000 active members.  The organization offers sets of programs to serve all dimensions of campus IT functions; develops comprehensive, timely services to support the professionals within the membership community; and provides unified leadership on key policy issues affecting higher education

 

The mission of the National Scholarship Providers Association is to improve the collective impact scholarship providers, and the scholarships they award, by exchanging best practices, offering professional development opportunities, and promoting student access and success in higher education.  Forming in 1999, the NSPA has since grown to include over 200 members from across North America.  Their members include small and large private foundations, community foundations, public charities, colleges, universities, associations, government agencies and organizations that offer services to scholarship providers.
