Onsite Process Evaluation and Consultation
Our team will come to your campus to review your process and understand your goals for the admissions season and beyond. With this information, we create a plan detailing the product configuration requirements and training necessary for implementation.
Product Training
Once your products are configured and launched, we train you to use them to support your admissions process. Onsite, phone, and web sessions are available to meet the needs of your office or department.
Service and Support
With Embark, you have an entire team on your side. Technical assistance, Best Practices, and more are all available to you.
- For Applicants and Recommenders We take care of all the technical support so you don't have to. Applicants and Recommenders access our public support site for FAQs, and can also contact our Technical Support team for assistance via email or phone.
- For You and Your Admissions Office In addition to your Account Manager and Project Manager, you also have our Technical Support team to assist you. You'll have access to your own client support site as well.
