


San Francisco, June 11, 2007 - David Mosher rejoins the recently spun off Embark business as the vice president of finance and corporate strategy. David Mosher brings 25 years of development, product design, support, and program management experience to Embark. David Mosher was previously with Embark as the chief technology officer and vice president of technology, but left soon after The Princeton Review acquired Embark. While at Embark, he rapidly improved the scalability of Embark's systems and dramatically improved the quality of service provided to clients. In addition, David Mosher was credited with bringing Embark to profitability through his experience with operations, program management, and cost accounting.
Most recently, David Mosher was Director of Analytics at PGP Corporation, which provides data privacy protection to a million users world wide, where he built a state of the art metrics and financial dashboard system to provide real-time information to the management team. David Mosher previously worked at Pyramid Technology for eleven years where he built the world's most scalable and reliable systems. David Mosher has run operations at small, medium, and large companies; he has personally managed hundreds of employees for programs worth hundreds of millions of dollars. David has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a computer science degree from UC Berkeley. David Mosher has a son starting college in the fall, and another son who will be preparing college in a few years. Embark's executive team welcomes David Mosher back to the team.
